Complainant stated that the defendant and been one of his tenants for about nine months, during which time he had had considerable trouble with her. Recently he gave hur notice to quit, but sho refused until he threatened to take procedings. Before she left the defendant cut up the kitchen floor. On telling her to fix it, the complainant followed witness along the streets mul used abusive language towards him.
