Carils in closed envelopes with antched enda or corners ont will be taxed as letters. The best mouthod of sonding cards is to enclose them in an envdope with the flap turned in. The Armand Relic, with the French mail of the 27th October left Singapore on Wednesday, the 22nd inet, at 6 am, and may be expected here on or about Wednesday, the 29th inst. This packet brings replies to Jetters despatched from Hongkong on 23rd September. Bit Mails for CANTON, SAMSHUI and Wucnow are dozd on week-days at 7.30a.m. On Sunday the mail for Macao is closed at 8 am).
