The Arcadia, with the English mail of the 22nd September, left Singapore on Saturday the 14th inst, at 8 a.r., and may be expected here on or about Thunday, the 19th inst., at 7 a.m. This packet brings replies to lettas despatched from longkong on the 22nd August, and the Farcof mails elesed in London for despatch by the all sun route on the 13th of September, and for despatch overland on the 20th September.
