The Chand, with the English Mail of the 9th December, left Singapore on Monday, the 23rd inst, at 6 a.to., *rd may be expected here on or about Saturday, the 28th instant. This packet brings replies to letters despatched from Hongkong on the 3rd December. This steamer brings the parcel muita elogd in Tondon for despatch by the all een route on the 22nd December, 1904, and for despatch overland on the 28th Deweber, 1804,
