Whenever any sugar is exported from the Colony the Superintendent of Importe and Exports shall on demand, if satisfied as to the country of origin of such sugar, issue to the exporter a certificate indicating (4) the kind and quantity of the sugar; (6.) the kind, num- ber and marks of the packages; and (c) the country of origin.

6. There shall be paid to the Superintendent of Imports and Exports for every permit, and for every certificata of origin granted nader these Regulations a fee of $5.

7. Where a breach of the Ordinance or of any of those Regulations is committed by a company or corporation, the Secretary or Manager thereof for the time being shall liable for such contravention and to the con- sequences thereof,
