Parcels posted before 3p.m. on the 18th of November ara dua in London on Christmas orning. With an additional foe of 60 cents parcels may be sent via Brindisi, and if posted-boforo 3 p.m. on the 18th of November would sccompany the lottor mail, which is due in London on the 19 of December. Parcels intended for New Year's delivery should also be forwarded by the mail of the 18th of 1.vember, as the Parcel mail por s.s. Simla, which leaves here on the 3rd of December is unt due is Loudon till the 8th of January via Gibralter, and the 2nd of January vin Brindisi. The rates of postage on ordinary parcels are as follows:
