Farcels posted before 3pm, on the 18th of November arrcne in London on Christmas morning. With an additional foo at 60 cents parcela may be sent via Brindisi, and if posted before 3 p.m. on the 15th of November would sccompany the letter mail, which is duo in London on the 19th of December. Paress intended for New Year's delivery should also be forwarded by the mail of the 16th of November, as the mail per se, Chusan, which leaves here on the Sed of December is not due in London fill the 8th of January via Gibraltar, and the 2nd of January. via Brindisi. The rates of postage on ordinary parcels are as follows:-
