The prosent paid-up Capital of the Company is $600,000, divided into 60,000 shares of $10 each, and the New Issue is required to increase the Capital of the Company to $900,000 divided into 90,000 shares of $10 each.
The whole of the premium received from tho Now Issue will be placed to the Credit of the Permanent Reserve Fund.
The New Issue will rank for Dividend for the three months eading 31st December, 1904, pay- able in May, 1905.
