Crawford and Company or in case of his death or absence from Hongkong one of the members of the frm of Lane, Crawford and Company for the time being shall be a perman- ent member of the Consulting Committee and shall be entitled to retain office so long as Messrs. Lane, Crawford and Company held not less than 1,000 shares in the Company.
It shall be for the Company in General Meeting to determine who shall be the remain ing members for the time being of the Consult ing Committee and they shall be appointed once in every year by the Company in General *Meeting.
