Joseph Whiteley Eew shall be the Munager of the business of the Company and shall be entitled to hold office for the term of five years from the 1st day of October, 1904. and he shall have the option at the expiration of the said term of five years of being the Manager of the business of the said Company for a further period of five years provided be. exercise his said option in writing not less thau six months prior to the expiration of the aid first term of five years. During the said torm of five years and the further term of five yours the said Joseph Whiteley Kow may resign at uny time upon giving to the Consulting Com- mittee six calendar months previous notice in writing of his intention so te do. The said Joseph Whiteley Kew shall once during the said term of five years and once during the further term of five years (if he shall then be Manager of the business of the Company) be entitled to leave of absence for a period of six calendar months. The FIRST CROSSING Buoy has been shifted C3 cable South from its former position, and from it the Quarantine Beacon nor boars S. 53 W., distant 3, 24 miles.

The WEST SPIT Boey has been shifted 6.2 Cables S. 51 E, from its former position, and from it, the Quarantine Beacon How bears S. 45 B., distant 1,5 miles.

An inward bound rossel should pass the buoys on her port hand as a distance of 1 HE Undersigned have received instructions oablos. The least water on this course is 24
