Hamburg 19th Apríl. The great political event of the past fortuight has been the Anglo-French Agreement. It is 10 freely commented on by the Press in this Also country, and on the whole in terms of approval, Iloilus, by removing most points of friction between the two Powers, it must be regarded as a farther guarantee for the maintenace of peace. As such it should be well received by all the states, although, like Germany, they may not be immediately concerned.
