The following is thereport of the above com- pany for the year ending 31st December, 1903-

The not profit for the year amounts to 831,071,97, to which has to be added 88,096.68 brought forward from last year's account. After payment of directors and auditor, it is proposed to pay a dividend of 15 per cent, or $22,500 to shareholders; to transfer to reserve fand $5,000; and to carry forward $10,517.95 to next year's account.

The works have been fally employed during the year, and the machinery and hunoies are in good order.

DIRECTORS.

Mr. W. Parlane resigned on bis leaving the Colony last May. Mr. Hart Back was invited to join the board in his place; he now resigne as he is leaving the Colony shortly, and Mr. W. Parlans has consented to re-join the board. This appointment requires to be confirmed at| the meeting.
