TOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an GENERAL MEETING of HUMPHREY'S ESTATE AND FINANCE COMPANY, LIMITED. will be held at the COMPANY'S OFFICES, Nos. 38 and 49, Queen's Road Ceutral, Victorio, Hongkong, on SATURDAY, the ST day of OCTOBER, 1903, at Noor, when Subjoined Resolutions will be proposed, vix.--- 1.That the Capital of the Company be increased from $1, 00,000 (divided into 100,00 shares of $10 each) to $1,500,000 (divided into 150.000 shares of $10 each) by the orention of 50,000 new shares of $10 each to be offered and if accepted to be allotted to the present shareholders of the Company at per in the ratio and proportion of one new share for every two old shares in the Company held by the respective ebareholders thereof, thus GRIDUAL payable on each of such new shares respectively to be paid at such time or times and in sach manner as the Company by its General Maungers may hereafter de ermins."
