London, 25th June. Mr. Ritelle, the Chanellor of the Exche- quer, is devising means to prevent the evasion of the coal tax. It is estimated that half a million sterling is lost to the revenue apually becsure of the perpetration of frauds in con- nec ion with the shipment of coal.
