BREWING MASTER.

The promoters will have the services of Mr. W. Coblitz, of Munich, as Brewing Master, Mr. Coblitz has just completed a five years' engage of Tokyo. During that period the Yebiet Company, now the largest Brewery in Japan, bare increased their sales from 28,000 to 75,000 Hectoliters a year. Me. Coblitz has examined tho Tsingtau wafer on the spot and being fully convinced of its suitability, both as regarda quality and quantity, be hus every confidence in the success of the undertaking and subscribes for a considerable number of shares.

WORKING EXPENSES AND PROSPECTS.

After carefully going into the question of working expenses the promotors feal confident in stating that, assuming a turn-out of 13,000 Hectoliters only, the resulting profit will allow of a dividend of at least 15 per cent, on the capital of the Company. A comparison with the figures of the two largest Japanese Compa- nies will be of interest.
