SMUGGLING CASE.
The trial of Captain Harry B. Chamberlain of the U.S. transport Secard, charged with maggling from Hongkong, opened in Manila
on the 2nd inst.
The charges allege that Captain Harry B. Chamberlain, s Quartermaster-Captain and in charge of the transport Seward, fraudulently and knowingly imported and brought in to the Philippine Islands and assisted in doing so, merchandise contrary to law and in violation of Section 34 of Act No. 353 of the United States Phillipine Commission.

Such is the simple story of Dorothy. Of course, it is not one that carries originality with it.
