The same favourable weather, albeit a tride chilly, marked the last day of the Races on Saturday. The attendance was not co_larga un on the three preceding days of the Meeting. but still big enough to impart a great deal of avimation to the scrùe. The programme for the Off Day this year was slightly altered from that of last year. There was only one steeple chase, and the mafors race was deleted the mafrosstrek work"--rufused to ride because only one race was given them instead of the usual two, oue for shempien mafocs and the other a consolation race--and the fact may not be altogether unconnected with the absence of the eyeut from Saturday's card.
