Early yesterday morning P. C. 76 Martin was found lying dead in a lane off Setond Street, with a bullet through ble head. The German Navy League has just iesaed its handbook, from which it appears that there were altogether 626,201 members on December 31 1001. The number of those who subscribed

The handbook states the objects of the league, and gives the names of the officials and of the members of the literary committee, also a list of the affliated societies with their officials, which list occupies 600 pages of the
