(5.) These Tenders are invited for the whole Territory, bat any tenderer may submit a separate tender for any of these Farms or for any portion of the State of British North Borneo.
6.) Every tender must state the nature of the Security to be offered, which must be partly in cash, to be deposited in an approved Book, and partly in land and house property.
(7) The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.

The Colony of Labuan will be included in the British North Borreo Farms for Opium, Spirite and Pawn-broking.
