THE TRAMWAYS BILL.

Under the heading of "To Whom it may Concern" there is published in the Gazette a notice, signed by Mera Denoon and Hastings, that it is the intention of the Promoters of a Company to be hereafter incorporated ander the name of The Hongkong Tramway Electris Company, Limited, or some tuor similar name, toupply to the Legislative Council of Hongkong for a Bill outilled An Ordinance to Authorise the Construction of a Tramway within the Colony of Hongkong."
