(a) That the new Rating Eale adopted at a General Meeting on February 11th fl remain in fores until June, 1908.
(b) That the new rating rule shall not apply to existing Yachts, provided no alteration is made in their hulls.
(c) Thut if the owner or partowner of a Yacht wikes an appointment with the Official Men- surers to measure the Yacht in which he is interested and neglects to have the Yacht ready for measurement at the appointed time and place, he shall forfeit a fine of $5.
(d) A Fee of $5 shall be charged for every certifiente after the first each season, subject to the discretion of the Committes, who way romit the fee in any special circumstances.

CHARACTER OF TSAO-FEL-TIEN LIGHT.
TOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Character of the Light on Tee-foi-tier Island (marked on the Admiralty Charts as Sha-lui-tien) as been changed.
The new Light is Dioptric, Grong flashing, double, white of the Fourth Order, showing fashes at intervale of 20 seconds.
The Light is elevated 51 fast above the level of the ses and in clear weather it should be visible at a distance of 12 nautical miles.
The height of the tower from base to lantern vane has been increased to 57 feet.
