PLEE FIGHT IN A HOTEL.
Two Bisman from the U.S.S. Brooklyn wore charged with fighting and costing disturbance in the Globe Hotel on the 11th inst. The first defendent admitted the charge, but the second ploaded not guilty.
The proprietor of the Globe Hotel said that between three and four in the afternoon of the day in question about fifteen Awerlean blue jackets came in. They were all more less under the influence of drink, and commenced to tight. Witness called, a policeman, and all ran away except the two defendante, who were arronted.
The Sikh constable who made the arrests said he found the two men struggling on the floor Both were intoxicated, but went quietly to the station
The first defendant was fined $3 or 10 days the second, who stated that he had been knocked down and did not get up, was discharged.
