HERE will be a GENERAL MEETING

of the ROYAL HONGKOSG YAOUT CLUB, on MONDAY, February 11tly at 6 r., in the CRICKET PAVILION, when the following ro- solutions will be proposed:

1.-That the Club silopt the new Y. R. A

Rating Rules and Building Limitations, after the closs of the present season and abolish the Club restrictious.

2.That the First Class consist of 24 ft. Le. Yachts, but that existing boats exceeding 24 it. new rating be allowed to sail in the 24 ft. class at their new rating, provided they do not exceed 224 ft. old rating, and have notaitered their hall..

3---That rule 5 shall read-

There shall be no Tine Allowances in Club Races for First Class Yachts, ex espt in the case of Yichts built before the close of the season 1900-1901, whose new rating exceeds 24 ft. 1.r. 4.The Club Rules to be altered accordingly.
