McKis, Mr.

THE LATE LIEUT-COL RYAN, . A. M. C. The VICE-PREISDENT said that before proced ing with the order of the day he wished to bring forward a resolution of regret at the loss they hod sustained by the death of one of their men- lars, Since the Board mef last Colonel Ryun. R. A. M. C., had accumbed to an attack of Jumonia. As they all know Colonel Ryan took a grout interest in Sanitary matters in Hongkong. He was a prominent member of the Board, and the Board could ill afford to lose a member, especially when that member was a medical man, and one who had served in one of the best medical schools in the world. He begged to more that the Board expres its deep regret ut the death of Colonel Bynu of the Royal Any Medical Corps.
