Having received the
His Excellency the Governor to prepare
· approximate Estimate of the cost of. constructing a line of Read between Überdeen an Stanley, I have the honor to submit the same for consideration, but bey leave to cmarth that without a Regular survey of the whole of the line, it would not be advicable to rely upon Estimate as
the whole sume
being
that will be required for the service.
