-THE SWISS BUDGET FOR 1875: The Continental Herald states that in the Budget for the Confederacy for next year tbo deficit, some.weeks ago estimated at 8,000,000f., has been sodneed to a Betle over 1,000,000. This is been sacomplished by determining to diapense with the military instmotion in special and other cases to a large extent during next year. This has quabled the Conseil Federal to estimate the military czymdituzo ne 9,500,0002.
sum which will bare to be supplemented in aucceeding years by about two millions of frames, in order to complete the scheme of military organization.. It is proposed that the deficiency in the badgot shall be met by in direct taxes.
