The British gleambip Pearl reports left Sin- gapore on 22nd Ostiver, and Manila Srd Nov., and had strong Ñ.E monson and heavy ses throughout.
The Brities steamship Celestial reports left Singapore on 18th October, and had moderate and fresh monsoon to Saiyon, which left on the 23rd from thence experienced strong NB pales und very heavy weather with very high nes.
