The Spanish, steamer Furmese reports hit Manila on 6th Augnst, had light favourable winds and fine weather to arriva; passed the Spanish steamar Envy me day after learing port, bound to Hongkong. On the 28th nud 294 ultime the Spanish steamer Emeralda was lying on the Farellon Hock, close to Paint Silangain, about even to sight house sail from Manila. On the 29th, altimo ako was abso- donça, and a few days after was sold for $4,500, to Signor Aldecca. An English diver was attempting to lift her when the Form
