The Manila Mercantile Retter of the 7th Inst states that the Emeralda, brought, the news of the wreck of the Maria Rimasto at farianas. She had left Manila for the said islands on the 5th July last, and reached Apra on the 3rd August; after which abo, went to Tiaion, where she ex perienced a violent storm, that put her to pieces. Only three sailors were drowned, and the rest had been taken to hunghai by the American bark Lelie M. Long, and thence to Manila by the snuraida,
