The British bark Lady Franklin reports left Sydney, N..W. on Janbary 56; experienced Esterly winds to Now Calodonin, from thanse light variable winds to the Equator, crossed on 2nd March in long, 161.05 E; from thence light Northerly, N... and Exnterly winde till off the Baebest, when experienced a strong NB. gale, which leated for thirty-six houre; 'from thence to the 2nd April, bad light winds And rain; after which fresh N.E, winds and thick wether to arrival,
