The Siam ship Hongkong, from Bangkok on 3rd September, seperts strong E, wind from learning until the 9th September, after which bad light wind till ervival in port,
The British bark Barlington, from Saigon on 5th September, reports light Boutherly winds throughout
The British stoomer Great Northern reports cable as now in working order: the damage being repaired about 40 miles from this port
The Swedish brig Oster, from Bangkok on 27th August, reports fine weather the first part uf passage, and latter part much rain and squally, with very thick weather till arrival.
The Fronob bark Afouse, from Saigon £ith Augett, reports experienced strong wind from the Batard veering round to G.NE. on the 91b and 10th September, after which bad light winda tili arrival ia port; on the 9th instant picked up a Clinanian fenting in the water, having been in that position for six Jaye, he appeared to be reduced to a wretched state.
