Foo chow on 23rd July, Amoy on 2446, and Swatów on 25th, reports experienced light to moderate. south-westerly winds on the passage down, with a steadily falling barometer unto the evening of 25th, when the merenry ross again a little. Between Amoy and Swatow bad heavy south-easterly well. From the 23rd to 25th inst. the bar, fell altogether about thras-tenths. The weather throughout bas woen fair, but during the whole of 8th exosively sultry.
