There are 316 bowspapers now published in London, of which 21 are dailies, 12 being issued in the morning, and 9 in the young. There are 215 pulilishal weekly that is, on Mon day on Tuesday, 15 on Wednesday, 15 on Thursday 63 on Friday, 109 by Saturday, and 1 on Sunday One newspaper is published five times a week, one four times a wool, and" two three times a week. Three arejeaued four times month, two aro-issned-three-times a mouth, twelve fortnightly, and forty-six month ly. This suit was instituted by a nxiried woman' against her husband and Me, Roger Eykyn, MP for Windant, so robover from the last- zained defendant £10,200 Spanisti Fussivo Bonde, and two suma, of £250 and £400 re- spectively, which according to the account of Mr. Eykyn had been lost in the course of Stook Exchange transactions which he bad ontored info on behalf of Mr. Macbryde. Upon the plaintiff's marriage with Macbryde in 1818,fungshus to Hongkong meroboat, certain property which ebe had derived from bor first husband was settled upon her in trust for life for her separate uge, without power of anticipation. The trustess of the settlement were both dead, and it aypeared that the plain tiff had since been dealing with part of tho woney na bor absolute property-a sum of 29,400 realised by the sale of skonsertit:long to travelling merchant, cutta having been placed in the hands of Mfr. lill, a tradesman, of Red Lion-square, who acted as a friendly kanker, and to whain the plaintiff advanced n sum of £1,492 upon his personal scoprity.
