It is hereby notified that arrangements have been completed under which correspondenge from Hongkong may be forwarded to Nagasaki ri Shangbat, and to Bingo rid Yokohama, by United States Mail Packets, and that Lettera for Hongkong and places beyond Hongkong, may be forwarded from Nagasaki and Hispo by means of the United States Packets via Shanghai and Yokohama respectively.
The rates of postage chargeable on such cor- respondence is four cents for each half-ounce op Letters, two cents on each Newspaper, and two cents on eagh two ounces of Booki and Pickale of Samples of Merchandize, în addition to the Bates specified in the Tablo of Bates of Postage at present in force.
