acquainted with Samuel - Fearon Reqf= (Registrar General ) for the last twelve
months
during
which time he has been-
frequently under
care my for derangement of the liver and digective organs.
In the Month of April tact. Mr. Fearon had a violent attack of acute
which it was deemed necessary
