A Tientsin despatch reports the retum to that port on the 2nd instant of General Nish, Provincial Commander-in-chief of Chibli, from ornaling the recent insurrection of cannebroniety won, disbanded soldiery and banditti nour Pingeh'nanchon, just beyond the Great Wall, which at one time almost endangered the safety. of the city of Jakg. The insurrection began in September last, and at first the Imperial troops apreemd to have been defeated. General Nish and his foreign-modelled corps of: 15,000 men were tien apponded to for uid by the Mancha Military Governor of Tého, and it was only recently crushed by the capture and decapitation of the principal leaders of tho insurrection and the disposing of their followore until the next timo.-N.
