P.3 & C. of the Monthly Number of Letters with Refers, which have passed through the Post Office during the dates specified therein. These Returns showing thereby that the Post Master General was misled
by the late Post Master in his representation of 7000 Letters having been received by the Mail, the Specie
and of the expenses of his Establishment
at #361.80 per Annum.
where instructed the Colonial Treasurer
to keep a Deposit Account with the Post Office and have directed the Auditor to furnish
Post Master General with a Debtor and Creditor Account of the Office and bound it here with the Accounts of that Establishment
