Road from Wong nei ching to Bokun poo executed by Contract by Cunninghame (English Contractor) for $2000. This line of Road (for facility of execution, the small number, and inexpensive construction of the Drains, may be classed with the lowest cost of formation) on the Shuck pai wan Road excepting that the former is 31 feet and the latter 15 feet wide, which difference should diminish the cost, (the side Drains being the same in both instances) say by this.
