stations, with the allowance of 50 Dollars a month

horses and extra expenses.

Besides suppressing the Office of an additional Magistrate at Chekchoo, a reduction has been made in the police establishment there of 1,500 dollars per Annum. This considerable
saving in the whole must be attributed to the
facilities afforded by the new Roads,
which in this
affording
manner, as well as in giving a new value to
building sites,
will amply repay the first expense of
their construction.
The good and easy road to
Shehpaewan
now contributes to render
that spot
an excellent position.
