London; 30th Jite. The Agricultural Lande Rating Bill, the prinsipal provision of which is that agricultural Isale in England shall only be rated on half their ad valas, having passed through Committe, reached the report stage in the House of Commons yesterday.
The motion for the adoption of the report met with violent opposition, with the result that tho House continued sitting all night, and was still altting this morning.

London; 1st July. The Date of Sermoneia, Italian Minister for Foreign Affairs, speaking in the Chamber of Deputies, stated that Italy remained fibful to the Triple Alliance. The relations between Italy and Great Britain were most friendly, and cordial relations also exited with the other Powers, Italy, however, intended to insist upon the status que in Tripoll being maintained.
