Received 1944 - Also, Survey Returns, for the quarter ending 30th September, and various financial statements. Vault of 14 January, with Certificate for the quarter ending 30th September, 31st December, 1844, and Amended Account for the quarter ending 31st December, 1874.

I Robert Montgomery Martin, do Solemnly and Sincerely declare that the above is a true Statement of my account, as Treasurer of the Island of Hong Kong from 1st July to 30th September 1844, and I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true.
