As the Mail is on the eve of starting for England, I deem it my duty to call your Excellency's attention again to the delay which has taken place in the Treasurer's Office in sending in the quarterly accounts for Audit.
W. Martin's account for the Quarter ending the 30th June, was delivered to me for Audit on the 30th December last, and I completed the examination of it on the 6th instant; but as it does not embrace payments of so late a date as the account rendered by W.
