and Mess = Helcher He have at yet made no application regarding their mortgage on the "Young Queen."

His Excellency the Governor has been informed that the proper course would be for Messrs Helcher & Co. to apply for permission to sell the vessel, and after having paid up and discharged the Crew and deducted the amount of their own mortgage to pay the balance over to whoever may be nominated by the Administrator to the Estate for the benefit of the Creditors amongst whom Mr. Bowra can only share in proportion to his claim.

It might be advisable for you to consult with Mr. Burgess, the Legal Adviser to Government and if he concurs in the above opinion to communicate it to the parties interested as retaining the Crew is obviously not only most Expensive but is attended with no object whatever.
