Governor in Council to acquaint you for the information of the Honorable Major General d'Aquilar that the Land Officer has been instructed to put up a wooden railing as a prevention to passengers falling over the sides of the bridge as Mr. Gordon is of opinion that it would be a useless expense to build a stone parapet on the present bridge.
