Any expense that you may have incurred in the introduction of a system of Marine Police for laying down Buoys, numbering Boats &c., you can send in a Bill to cover it and it will be paid by the Treasurer.

Establishment of the Assistant Magistrate of Hongkong in the Chinese Department- for enforcing the new marine and Harbour Regulations regarding Brats &c.

Two Chinese Officers for boarding all Junks, boats &c. that may arrive in the Harbour $8 each per month. - 16.
