These documents will place you in perfect possession of the decision and commands of Her Majesty's Government, and you will also learn from Enclosure. Not that the locations pointed out in the Despatch of the 3rd of November from the Secretary to the Admiralty to His Excellency Vice Admiral Sir William Parker's address are still entirely unappropriated.
