I beg to acknowledge the receipt of your letter No. 38 of the 20th Instant reporting the Acclimatizing Barracks to be vacant, and I am directed by Sir Henry Pottinger to request that you will be good enough to place yourself in communication with Mr Gordon, the Land Offices, and appoint a time for delivering those Buildings over into his charge.
