I am directed to acknowledge the receipt
of your letter (undated) enclosing Invoice
and other Papers connected with the Timber lately
imported on account of Government,
and that you recommend a further Supply of Four thousand Planks of
Belook should be procured.
I am further directed to inform you that your Recommendation is approved and
that Messrs Cox & Co are to deliver to
