Notine in hereby given, therefore, that, on or about the 4th JANUARY, 1892, the following changes will be made, to suit the alterations that have taken plier in the channel :-
The Lightship Kiloan will be shifted 24 cables to the N. 374" 1. of Lor present position, whers she will be about 3 miles N. 3 E. front the Kintea Bioon.
The Middle Grouad Lower Buoy will be shifted to a spot from which House Island Sur Taying Bemon bars N. 11′ W.. distort about 3 miles. This buoy in its now position will mark the south-westor or port side of the ohannel entoring. It will be painted black and surmounted with a black spherical caga
