I regret to be obliged to trouble Your Excellency with the accompanying Original Proceedings of a charge of Piracy investigated
on the 22nd, 23rd and 27 Ultimo by Major Caine the Chief Magistrate of this Colony
from the Proceedings
and from my remark on the back of them that
